Tread Marx Tyre & Mechanical  will dismantle, repair or replace any defective parts and reassemble them on your vehicle free of charge, subject to the guarantee conditions. Your guarantees apply from the date of your original purchase and are not transferable. You must retain your original invoice demonstrating proof of purchase.

 

Tyre Price  Guarantee

At Tread Marx Tyre & Mechanical we give the best value for money possible so If you find a cheaper tyre price being the same brand and size up to 21 days after we have fitted them not only will we match that price we will refund a further 10% of the difference. Now that’s confidence.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE

Tread Marx Tyre & Mechanical  No Hassle Guarantee We guarantee the tyre against manufacturing faults for the life of the tyre, limited to pro-rata replacement calculated on the remaining tread depth. If any new tyre as fitted by Tread Marx Tyre & Mechanical deemed to have a manufacturer’s fault, we will replace the tyre on a pro rata basis as outlined. For example, if the tyre is 50% worn, you will only pay 50% of the cost of a replacement tyre from Tread Marx.

We are so confident that our  workmanship is of the highest quality we give a life time warranty on our workmanship ..now that’s confidence.

 

Brake Guarantee

12 MONTHS OR 20,000 KMS

All brake parts are guaranteed for 12 months or 20,000 kilometres. If any Tread Marx Tyre & Mechanical installed brake parts should fail during the guarantee period due to a parts malfunction we will replace the part or correct the problem at no charge.

 

Shock Absorber Guarantee

Gas shock absorbers and strut parts – 24 MONTHS All gas shock absorbers and strut parts are guaranteed for 24 months. If any Tread Marx Tyre & Mechanical installed shock absorbers should fail during the guarantee period due to a parts malfunction we will replace the part or correct the problem at no charge.

 

Hydraulic shock absorbers

12 MONTHS

All hydraulic shock absorbers are guaranteed for 12 months. If any Tread Marx Tyre & Mechanical installed shock absorbers should fail during the guarantee period  due to a parts malfunction we will replace the part or correct the problem at no charge.

 

Wheel Alignment Guarantee

1 month / 1,000 km

Your wheel alignment is guaranteed for 1 month or 1,000 km , providing all Tread Marx Tyre & Mechanical recommended repairs or replacement parts have been undertaken or installed before the wheel alignment was carried out. If any Tread Marx Tyre & Mechanical wheel alignment is deemed to be incorrect during the guarantee period we will correct the problem at no charge.

Tread Marx Tyre & Mechanical No Hassle Guarantee covers parts or services listed on the original purchase invoice, and is valid from the date of purchase for the period of the guarantee, subject to the following exclusions:

 

1.Tread Marx Tyre & Mechanical  does not guarantee any parts, which have suffered damage due to misuse, accident or any cause including ill-use and improper care beyond the control of Tread Marx Tyre & Mechanical

 

2. Tread Marx Tyre & Mechanical does not guarantee any parts that are removed from the vehicle on which they were originally fitted.

 

3Tread Marx Tyre & Mechanical . does not guarantee any goods or service where you have changed your mind, decided you do not like your original purchase or have no use for the good or service.

 

4. Tread  Marx Tyre & Mechanical does not guarantee any service where you insisted on having that service carried out in a particular way.

 

5. Lifetime guarantee on workmanship is voided if any service or repair by Tread Marx  is subsequently repaired or modified by an unauthorised service agent.

 

To the extent permitted by law, Tread Marx Tyre & Mechanical do not offer any further warranties other than those listed on this web page.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

The benefits given to you under the Tread Marx Tyre & Mechanical No Hassle Guarantee are in addition to any rights and remedies imposed by Australian State and Federal legislation that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this warranty is to be interpreted as excluding, restricting or modifying any State or Federal legislation applicable to the supply of goods and services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
